Jong Gyu Park, MBA, is a Partner of Rothwell & Associates, LLC. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Workforce Education & Development at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park campus. Prior to working at Rothwell & Associates, LLC, he was a management consultant at Deloitte and Talent & Rewards Group of Towers Watson.
Maureen Connelly Jones has a Ph.D. in Workforce Education & Development and specializes in Human Resource Management and Organization Development. Dr. Jones currently holds a faculty position at a Level I research institution.
