Rothwell

William J. Rothwell, PhD, DBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPTD Fellow, RODC, FLMI is a Distinguished Professor in the Workforce Education and Development program in the Department of Learning and Performance Systems, College of Education, on the University Park campus of Penn State University. In 2022 Dr. Rothwell was named a Distinguished Professor in the College of Education at Penn State. He was given the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Organization Development Network, and earned the Global Lifetime Achievement Award by Penn State Global Programs (the university’s highest award for doing work internationally). He received the Distinguished Researcher Award from the College of Education in 2016 and was given the Graduate Faculty Teaching Award in the 2004-2005 academic year. (The Graduate Faculty Teaching Award is a single award given to one faculty member on Penn State’s 24 campuses each year.).

Aileen

Aileen G. Zaballero, CPTD, Ph.D., is a Founding and Senior Partner of Rothwell & Associates, LLC. She has been a Certified Professional in Talent Development since 2009. Aileen led projects on instructional design competencies and competency modeling for the U.S. Department of Energy's ACBW project and contributed to ATD’s Talent Development Framework. She has authored and co-authored works including Performance Consulting (2013), Optimizing Talent in the Federal Workforce (2014), Organization Development Fundamentals (2014), The Competency Toolkit, 2nd Ed. (2014), and Increasing Learning & Development’s Impact Through Accreditation (2020).

Jong Gyu

Jong Gyu Park, PhD., is a Founding and Senior Partner of Rothwell & Associates, LLC. He is an Assistant Professor of Management in The Lucille and Jay Chazanoff School of Business at the College of Staten Island (CSI) of The City University New York (CUNY). He specializes in the areas of team leadership, leadership development, and organization development. Prior to working at CSI CUNY, he was an Assistant Professor of Management at The Pennsylvania State University-Altoona and a Management Consultant at Deloitte and Willis Towers Watson. He earned his BA in Business Administration, MBA, and Ph.D. in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management & Organization at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) School of Business in Seoul, South Korea. He also earned a Ph.D. in Workforce Education & Development with an emphasis on Organization Development at Penn State.

Farhan Sadique SPHR, Ph.D. is the Chief of Research and a Managing Partner of Rothwell & Associates, LLC. He is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Kansas State University, and is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in revolutionizing teaching and professional training.  With expertise in human resource development and organization development, he completed his doctoral study at Pennsylvania State University and earned a Master of Science degree from Pittsburg State University. Celebrated for his visionary leadership and talent for fostering positive work environments. He is recognized as one of the Emerging Practitioners by the Organization Development Network in 2023, Farhan's groundbreaking research and innovative methodologies continue to empower Organization Development practitioners worldwide.
